This policy describes what data Infinishow Inc. (“Infinishow”, “we”) processes when developers integrate the Infinive Video Editor SDK (the “SDK”) into their applications and when they use the website at infinive.dev. It is written for the developers who license the SDK (“Licensees”) and for the end users of their applications.
1. Media stays on the device
All editing happens on the end user’s device. Videos, photos, audio, text and the exported result are processed by the SDK inside the Licensee’s application and are never uploaded to Infinishow. Infinishow has no access to the media that end users edit.
2. License check
To open the editor, the SDK requests a license token from the license server at license.infinive.dev. The request contains the license key, the platform (iOS or Android), the application identifier (bundle identifier or package name), the SDK version and whether the build is a debug build. When a token is issued, the server records a token identifier, the license key, the platform, the application identifier, the SDK version and the times of issue and expiry. These records contain no information about end users. The request does not contain device identifiers, user identifiers, location or media.
The server’s hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the IP address of the requesting device to deliver the response and may retain it in its infrastructure logs under its own policies. Infinishow does not read or store the IP address. The token is stored on the device for seven days, and no further request is made while it is valid.
3. Stickers (GIPHY)
When an end user opens the sticker sheet, the SDK loads the list of stickers and their previews from the GIPHY API using the API key supplied by the Licensee. When the end user searches, the SDK sends the search text to GIPHY. The selected sticker is downloaded to the device. This traffic goes to GIPHY, not to Infinishow, and is governed by GIPHY’s privacy policy. Licensees who enable the sticker feature are responsible for disclosing this to their end users.
4. Website
infinive.dev is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses to serve the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s own policies.
The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and completed form submissions, and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to a form submission. They set cookies and collect the pages visited, the referring site, the device and browser type and an approximate location derived from the IP address. The contents of the forms are not sent to Google. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they run without cookies. Visitors can block these cookies in their browser settings or with theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Licensee contact information
When a Licensee purchases a license, Infinishow keeps the contact name, email address, company name and billing details needed to issue license keys, send notices and invoice the license. This information is not sold or shared with third parties except with service providers that process it on our behalf (email), and it is kept for as long as the license relationship lasts and as required by law afterwards.
6. Trial key requests and inquiries
When a developer requests a trial key at infinive.dev/trial, Infinishow receives the email address, name, company name and application identifiers entered in the form, and whether the developer agreed to be contacted about licensing. Infinishow uses them to issue the trial key, email it to that address and record the request. If the developer agreed, Infinishow may also email them about licensing the SDK. The email is sent through Resend, which processes the address on Infinishow’s behalf. Developers can withdraw that agreement or ask for the request to be deleted by writing to the address below.
When someone writes through the contact form at infinive.dev/contact, Infinishow receives the name, email address, company name and message entered in the form and uses them only to reply. The message is delivered to Infinishow by email through Resend.
7. Children
The SDK and the website are directed at software developers and businesses. Infinishow does not knowingly collect personal information from children through them. Licensees are responsible for their own applications’ compliance with laws that protect children.
8. Your rights
Licensees may ask what information Infinishow holds about them, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to the address below. Requests concerning an application’s end users should be directed to the Licensee that publishes the application, since Infinishow does not hold end-user data.
9. Changes
Infinishow may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes are communicated to Licensees by email at least thirty days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law.
